Salvaged from the background of de Morgan's magnificent Sea Maidens painting of 1885-1886 — those waves that had been quietly doing their thing while four mermaids took all the glory. We isolated them, gave them room to breathe, and turned them into a deep turquoise green repeat that carries the feeling of an ocean that knows something you don't.
